Experience a concentrated dose of Tanzania's wild beauty on this 2-day safari through Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater. Your journey begins in Tarangire, a landscape famously dotted with ancient baobab trees and home to some of Africa's largest elephant herds congregating along the Tarangire River. After an overnight stay in the Karatu area, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a massive volcanic caldera that acts as a natural sanctuary for over 30,000 animals, including the Big Five.
