Identification: Look for a Kisaza Tours vehicle; our driver/guide will hold a sign with your name. Luggage: Keep your Kilimanjaro gear separate from other bags for easy loading. Airport Arrivals: If arriving the same day, our driver will wait at the arrivals area with your name sign. Delays or Changes: Call or WhatsApp us immediately so we can adjust pickup accordingly. Multiple Pickups: If collecting other climbers, expect up to 30 minutes extra before departure. Weather Notice: In case of heavy rain, pickup location may shift slightly for easier vehicle access.
