Meeting and pickup information
- Our friendly team will meet you at the designated spot holding a sign with your name and Vision Safari Tours for easy identification. Whether at the airport or your hotel, we’ll ensure a smooth, stress-free start to your adventure. Just look for the sign, and we’ll take care of the rest!
- The exact pickup time will be shared with you once your pickup location has been confirmed and will ensure you receive all necessary details well a day before the safari.

- Optional Airport Transfers. Airport transfers are not included in the package price. However, for your convenience, Vision Safari & Tours can arrange a private airport transfer upon request: Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) to Arusha: USD 40. Arusha Airport to Arusha Town: USD 15 If you would like us to arrange your airport transfer, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate your pick-up and drop-off smoothly. Payment can be made in cash/Credit Card upon arrival.

- Estimated Return Time On the final day of the safari, after your last game drive, we will begin the journey back to Arusha. Depending on the park location, road conditions, and any stops along the way, you can generally expect to arrive in Arusha at approximately 4:30–5:00 PM.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.
