Meeting and pickup information
- We can include one complimentary airport transfer on arrival and one complimentary airport transfer on departure. These transfers are available to or from either Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK), depending on traveller's arrangements. Should you require transfers to or from a different airport, hotel, or another location, we will be happy to assist wherever possible. As these requests may require additional planning, we kindly ask that they are communicated to us in advance so we can confirm availability. Please note that transfers outside the complimentary inclusions or to alternative locations may incur additional charges.
